Owners, not IT departments
The people I talk to are owners, managers and founders. If something can't be explained in a thirty-minute conversation, it's been explained badly.
Founder of Nexlund Solutions · Managing Partner at FitLink Global Solutions
I founded Nexlund with a very concrete goal: that founders and small businesses can get access to today's technological concepts and tools without losing focus on their own business.
We're living through a moment when AI and other easily available tools let you run a business far faster, with more automation and more room to scale. Everyone can see that. The real challenge for an owner is a different one: how to bring that technology down into daily operations — especially when it means stepping into a world you don't know, and when the day-to-day leaves no time to work out which technologies deliver and which don't.
Nexlund isn't about implementing one particular technology. It's about accompanying and supporting the process of digitalisation and automation — closing the distance between technology and the business.
What I want is for artificial intelligence to stop being a challenge and become a responsible amplifier for the people using it. Responsible means two things: that you understand what the tool does and why, and that human judgement stays in the decisions that matter. It isn't about handing your business over to a machine; it's about getting the repetitive work off your plate so you have time for what actually needs thought.

I'd rather have a simple tool the team uses every day than an ambitious system abandoned after three months.
The tool should amplify the person — not replace them, and not push them out of their own decisions.
What I enjoy most is the moment someone sees their own business running better. A pilates studio that stops writing bookings in a notebook. A family business that wins back ten hours of admin a week. A founder who finally knows, on the 5th of the month, what they billed the month before. These aren't spectacular transformations — they're small, durable changes that show up in the daily life of the people running the business.
I don't sell software and I don't represent any vendor. When a project grows beyond what I can solve myself, I bring in vetted specialists in AI, automation or e-commerce and stay on the client's side, translating. That independence is deliberate: it's what lets me recommend what actually fits.
I'm based in Berlin, but the work happens digitally. That lets me support clients who are far away — in other countries too — without distance changing the way we work.

FitLink connects fitness and wellness manufacturers and platforms with gyms, hotels and club operators in new markets. What I enjoy there is the same thing: giving a gym or pilates studio owner the solution that serves their business best, rather than forcing in a product that doesn't fit. The goal is to connect sports centres.
